Return Policy
We want you to love your MissMatch purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
How to Return:
- Visit our Return Center at usmissmatch.com to start your return
- Follow the instructions to generate your return label
- Package your items securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Return Processing:
- Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once received
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges:
We currently offer size exchanges for most items. To exchange:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired size
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
International Returns:
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
